Fresh Cut Blooms and Farm Goods

  1. Quality Guarantee: We guarantee the quality and freshness of our cut flowers and farm goods. If you receive products that are damaged or do not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

  2. Refunds and Replacements: For any issues related to quality, we offer either a replacement or a full refund. To process your request, we require a photo of the damaged product and a brief description of the issue.
     

Plants and Seeds

  1. Viability Guarantee: We guarantee that our plants and seeds are viable and true to type at the time of purchase. If you experience germination issues with our seeds or if our plants fail to thrive, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

  2. Refunds and Replacements: We offer refunds or replacements for seeds and plants that do not meet our viability standards. Please provide details of the issue and any relevant photos to help us assess the situation.
     

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a refund or replacement, please email us at info@sugaroaklane.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.

  2. Review and Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review the information provided and respond within 48 hours to approve the refund or replacement.

  3. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

General Conditions

  1. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fresh cut blooms or farm goods once they have been delivered. Custom orders and personalized items are also non-returnable.

  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
